The villa is situated among beautiful mature gardens landscaped with cacti, shady tropical trees and exotic plants. The complex enjoys impressive Atlantic views. The climate during the day is between 20-30 degrees and at night 15-20 degrees all year round.

The property has 2 large terrraces with a view of the Atlantic Ocean on 3 sides. It is the perfect place to relax and let the world go by. You can have a quiet swim in the very large heated swimming pool which overlooks the apartment and the sea. It is lovely to hear the waves hitting the rocks in the still of the night and in the distance you can see the lights in Playa Del Inglas / Maspalomas.

There are nice walks through the enclosed complex. Situated at one end of the complex is an A La Carte restaurant which is open from 1pm to midnight each day.

The Gran Canaria Region

The weather is good all year round with little or no rain making it a perfect all year round holiday destination. Gran Canaria has something for everyone - if you want a relaxing beach holiday, a golf holiday or a more active holiday the island has it all. Maspalomas famous beaches and golf links are 10 minutes away.

The Maspalomas / Bahia Feliz Area

Bahia Feliz is famous for wind surfing and has a large club house and teaching school. In the village you have 15 restaurants and many bars also internet connection.

The property is situated 15 minutes from Las Palmas Airport and 10 minutes from Maspalomas and its famous beaches. All kinds of services are at your disposal, supermarkets, shops, car hire, bars, restaurants, newsagents, sporting activities and much more.

How To Get There

The villa (No. 28 Altamar, Bahia Feliz), is 15 minutes from Las Palmas Airport. To get to the apartment you take the road marked GC 500 SUR towards Playa Del Ingles and Maspalomas. At junction 37 take the sign for Bahia Feliz. After the sign for Mogan you will see Air Tours on your left you then take the road sign for Playa del Aguila. At the bottom of this road there is a stop sign. Turn left and at the roundabout and take the last exit for Bahia Feliz. The apartment block is on your right hand side. The entrance is past the block about 500 yards. Take a sharp right at the entrance to Bahia Feliz Village and continue to the end of the road where you will see large doors to the complex with plenty of parking space.

By taxi from the airport the cost is about 12 Euro. The meet and greet person lives beside the complex. Record rent a car has a very good service at a low cost. A taxi rank service is also available in the complex.
