The apartment has 100 square metres
of floor area with 80 square metres of terraces and gardens. In
the kitchen you have a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, microwave,
TV and radio / CD. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer
and ironing facilities.
The ensuite master bedroom with superking bed overlooks the sea
with patio doors opening on to a sun terrace. It has a 6 ft bed
than can be converted into two singles. All bed linen and towels
are provided. The 2 bedrooms also have an electric fan and a large
safe.
The granny flat in the garden has one single bed and a sofa bed
with a vanity unit. A separate cold shower is outside if you wish
to use it.

Bahia
Feliz is one of the first beach resorts on the southeast coast of
Gran Canaria. The apartment is on the sea front with beautiful walks.
At the entrance to the complex there is ample car parking. A security
firm provides 24 hour security for the complex. In front of the
apartment there is a heated swimming and poolside bar and restaurant.
There is also a very good Spanish restaurant in the complex.
